Individual Therapy That Helps You Feel More Like You

I Know Where You Are Right Now

  • You second-guess almost everything you say — especially in relationships

  • You’re the go-to person for everyone else, but you’re running on fumes

  • You know you’re burnt out, but resting just makes you feel guilty

  • You spiral into worst-case scenarios, then beat yourself up for “being dramatic”

  • You say “yes” to avoid disappointing people, even when it costs you

  • You’ve read all the books, tried all the things, and still feel stuck in the same patterns

💭 Imagine..

  • You say what you mean, set boundaries with clarity, and don’t spiral about it for hours after

  • You catch your inner critic in the act and respond with compassion, not shame

  • You actually feel present with your partner, your kids, or yourself instead of stuck in your head

  • You leave therapy sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control

  • You don’t just know how to care for yourself — you actually do it

60 Minute Individual Virtual Therapy

Whether you’re in a major life transition or just quietly burning out, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
This is your space to stop performing, stop pleasing, and start reconnecting with you.

In weekly, biweekly, or monthly 60-minute virtual sessions, we’ll unpack the deeper patterns that are keeping you stuck — and co-create a plan that feels doable, grounded, and supportive. Together, we’ll build practical, compassionate tools to help you move forward with more clarity, ease, and self-trust.

How Therapy Works

Book a consult to see if we vibe or start by contacting me here.

↪ First 1–2 sessions = getting curious: What’s working? What’s not? What do you want more of?

↪ Pick your pace: weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions

↪ Sessions are virtual and cozy — think “coffee chat with a licensed therapist”

↪Each session builds on the last, with clear goals and gentle accountability

Did you know you might be able to use your out-of-network insurance benefits for therapy sessions?

I partner with Thrizer, a platform that helps manage payments and handles insurance paperwork. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits (many do!), you could be eligible for reimbursement—even if I’m not in-network with your provider.

Here’s how it works:

↪ Once you've met your out-of-network deductible, Thrizer allows you to pay just your co-pay at the time of each session, rather than covering the full session fee upfront and waiting for reimbursement.

I know insurance can be confusing. My goal is to make this process as transparent and straightforward as possible. If you're unsure about your benefits, I offer an instant eligibility check and can walk you through your options.

What Makes This Different From Every Other Therapy Session I’ve Been To Before?

This isn’t surface-level advice or “talk it out and see you next week.”

We’ll go deeper — into the patterns, beliefs, and habits that have been running the show. You’ll walk away with real insight and practical tools to create lasting change.

Meet Your Therapist

Hey, I’m Kylie — a licensed therapist and fellow millennial who knows what it’s like to live inside your head.

I started therapy myself at 16. I was struggling with anxiety, sadness, and deep self-doubt, and I’ll never forget how it felt to sit across from someone who really saw me. Week after week, she created space for me to untangle the noise and find clarity — and that experience shaped everything. I knew I wanted to offer others that same sense of safety, support, and insight.

Today, I work with high-achieving women who are tired of feeling stuck in spirals, self-doubt, and people-pleasing. Clients often tell me they feel instantly at ease — like they don’t have to pretend or perform here. Our sessions are grounded, relational, and deeply personal. You’ll build self-trust, not just insight. You’ll learn to check in with yourself instead of outsourcing every decision. And you’ll start to feel steady in your body, not just your brain.

This is a space for clarity, healing, and real connection — with me and, most importantly, with yourself.
