60 Minute Individual Virtual Therapy
Therapy with me is a space where you can talk about the hard stuff without feeling judged.
We’ll meet online for 60-minute sessions weekly, every other week, or monthly, depending on what works best for you.
You can bring whatever’s on your mind: stress, overthinking, anxiety, guilt, burnout, relationship tension, or just feeling off. Whether you’re feeling pressure from family, struggling to set boundaries, or questioning your choices, I’m here to help.
You don’t have to explain or defend yourself here. You just get to be real, and we’ll work through it together.
How Therapy Works
↪ Book a consult or start by contacting me here. There is no pressure, just a quick chat.
↪ Talk about what’s going on and the kind of support you’re looking for.
↪ Start with a 60-minute online session from wherever you feel comfortable.
↪ Decide how often we meet, weekly, every other week, or monthly.
↪Leave each session with tools, clarity, and more peace than when you came in.
Did you know your insurance might help cover the cost of therapy, even if I’m not in-network? Many plans offer out-of-network benefits, which means you could get reimbursed for a portion of each session.
I partner with Thrizer, a platform that helps manage payments and handles insurance paperwork. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits (many do!), you could be eligible for reimbursement, even if I’m not in-network with your provider.
Here’s how it works:
↪ Once you've met your out-of-network deductible, Thrizer allows you to pay just your co-pay at the time of each session, rather than covering the full session fee upfront and waiting for reimbursement.
I know insurance can be confusing. My goal is to make this process as transparent and straightforward as possible. If you're unsure about your benefits, I offer an instant eligibility check and can walk you through your options.
What makes this different from every other therapy session I’ve been to before?
Therapy with me is steady, supportive, and easy to understand.
You won’t need to pretend everything’s okay or explain why your life looks different. We’ll focus on what matters to you, building self-trust, feeling calmer, and creating a life that actually feels good.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy (CBT, mindful self-compassion, IFS, AEDP) with my Decide & Thrive Method:
Recognize the pressures and patterns shaping your life
Integrate your emotions with compassion
Strengthen your boundaries and self-trust
Embrace your truth with confidence, freedom, and joy
By the end of our work together, you might…
Know how to calm your body when stress or anxiety show up
Feel confident being different — even when others don’t get it
Speak up for yourself without guilt or over-explaining
Feel more grounded in your friendships and relationships
Let go of the perfectionism and people-pleasing that’s been holding you back
Trust yourself more and worry less
Therapy with me is for you if…
You get anxious around family or friends who don’t understand your life choices
You feel stuck in people-pleasing or perfectionism
You second-guess your words, choices, or emotions
You want to set boundaries without guilt
You’re ready to feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to yourself
Meet your therapist
Hey, I’m Kylie! I’m a licensed therapist and fellow millennial who helps high-achieving women stop overthinking and start trusting themselves.
Growing up, I never quite saw spaces that felt like they were made for me, ambitious, child-free, and always pushing myself to “get it right.” I’ve been in therapy since I was 16, and I know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner. Someone who lets you be honest, messy, emotional, and never asks you to explain your worth.
That’s what I offer now: space to feel your feelings (in your body, not just your brain), practical tools to use in your everyday life, and honest support that doesn’t treat you like a project to fix.
My approach is rooted in the Decide & Thrive Method, a simple, supportive process that helps you trust your choices, quiet your inner critic, and feel calm in who you are.
I’m not here to give you all the answers. You’re in the driver’s seat! I’m just riding shotgun, helping you figure out what direction feels right and what might need to shift along the way.
FAQs
What kind of therapist are you?
I help high-achieving, child-free women feel calmer, confident, and clearer in their lives, without guilt or second-guessing.
Are sessions virtual or in-person?
All sessions are virtual, held via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform. You can join from wherever you feel most comfortable.
How often will we meet?
You can choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions based on what feels supportive for you.
What’s the first session like?
In our first session, we’ll slow down, get to know each other, and talk through what’s been going on. I’ll ask a few gentle questions to learn more about what brought you here and what you’re hoping to change. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once; we go at your speed.
How long do people usually stay in therapy?
It depends! Some clients work with me for a few months, others choose to stay longer. We’ll check in along the way to make sure it still feels helpful and aligned.
Do I have to talk about everything right away?
Nope. We’ll build trust together, and you decide what feels safe to share and when.
How do I know this will help me?
If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure about your choices, therapy can help you feel clearer, more confident, and more in control of your life.
